Alexandra is the project manager and local team coordinator of a citizen feedback mechanism - Barrio Digital, being co-developed and implemented by the Municipality of La Paz, Bolivia. 

Barrio Digital will serve as a platform for communicating on-the-ground implementation status, identifying opportunities for neighborhoods to exchange best practices and lessons learned from their individual neighborhood projects, communicating positive and negative beneficiary feedback, and promoting awareness about feedback and response mechanisms in the city of La Paz. Barrio Digital will enhance the "Programa Barrios y Comunidades de Verdad" (True Neighbourhoods and Communities Programme) feedback mechanisms to reinforce the social and cultural characteristics of the communities.
