Architect with a master degree and a Phd in architecture and urban planning. His professional career combines academic work as director of a research program at the University of Buenos Aires and technical work in the field of urban planning and habitat. His work contributes to different governments and UN agencies, like UN Habitat and UNHCR, building 500 demonstration building using green technologies in Darfur (Sudan) and 15,000 housing units in South Sudan. With UNRWA he works in building 12,000 housing units for refugees in Gaza Strip and master planning for Gaza, Rafah and Khan Younis, Bethlehem, Beit Jalah and Beit Sahour. He works in Rwanda in housing after the genocide and recently deliver a city-wide informal settlement upgrade and prevention strategy for Kigali city. He develops urban development plans in Panama, Colombia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Colombia, Bolivia and Argentina. With an interdisciplinary team develop a participatory planning tools to work out an inclusive urbanization strategy with a focus on progressive human rights fulfillment named.
