I have a degree in Political Science from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from ITAM. I have a history of +10 years of experience working as local governments. Currently I work as Director General of the School of Municipal Government and Coordinator for the Implementation of the New Urban Agenda at the local level of UN-Habitat.
