Gabriela is Policy & Projects Officer at ALL DIGITAL, dealing with EU project proposals and implementation, as well as policy advocacy and fundraising. She led Youth e-Perspectives on Migration (YeP4Europe) and Enabling European e-Participation (e-UROPA) projects and now manages “The WELCOME Programme” and pathways4employ. She represents ALL DIGITAL network in expert groups of the European Commission and at key policy events, liaises with public stakeholders and drafts position papers.

She has a bachelor from the Economic University in Sofia and MA in European Studies from King’s College London. Her preferred field is education, and before joining ALL DIGITAL she worked in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science in Bulgaria and the European Parliament’s Research Service on education and culture topics. She speaks Bulgarian, English and French fluently, and is currently improving her German.
