Amalia is from Argentina, completed her BA in Business Administration at Universidad de Buenos Aires, and currently studying her MA in International Development - Glocal - at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She developed her career as an executive in the Public Sector, promoting capacity building in favor of facilitating the implementation of public policies. She has specialized in economic and administrative affairs leading technological modernization projects, international negotiations for investment projects, including the strategic transfer of technology for government agencies, as well as special funding programs for academic and research activities.
