I am a freelance consultant in international cooperation, gender equality and cultural development. I have collaborated with several think tanks, public governments and NGOs specialised in analysing and evaluating local and national public policies in the fields of gender equality, social inclusion and culture. I have 13 years of professional experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation (in Europe, the MENA region, West Africa and South America) and liaising with government entities and donors (AECID, Barcelona City Council, Government of Catalonia, EU, MEAE, UfM, UN agencies).

I have coordinated applied research projects and studies on women's participation in politics, parity in elected positions, women's access to the labour market, prevention of gender-based violence and sexual harassment in public spaces, equal access to education. One of my main areas of interest is gender mainstreaming and the promotion of girls and women's rights as a driver of sustainable human development.

I have experience in multi-stakeholder dialogue and promoting innovative collaboration models between local authorities, research entities and civil society organisations (CSOs) to include a gender perspective in public policies.

I am specialised in the management of call for proposals and grants and the design and implementation of capacity development activities for CSOs on advocacy and policy dialogue through knowledge exchange and peer to peer learning.
