I am project manager in the electricity distribution business with a keen interest in the challenges and solutions we find and face today. Sustainability is one of my personal major success factors for wellbeing in private as well as professional environment.

In the last years I have worked in the field of technology and process innovation and led change management projects for the benefit of the metropolitan distribution grid of Berlin.

Whithin my career I have gained exposure and insight to Controlling, Order- and Contract Management, Asset Management, Asset Service, Grid Operations, Grid Control Centre and Management Board Office within electricity distribution organisations and realised diverse projects in the cities of Berlin and Hamburg.

In addition to my job as project manager at Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, I am systematic coach with the focus on work-life-balance, decision making and challenge management.
While coaching I prefer to work outdoor and on the move while running or walking. I always work resource-oriented to strengthen the resilience, power and authenticity of my clients.
