I work as a Project Manager in the open data service called Helsinki Region Infoshare (www.hri.fi and www.hri.fi/en). HRI service is owned by the cities of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen). The HRI team helps the public agencies to identify their public data resources and help in publishing process (clearing house function). In addition HRI enhance the use of open data e.g. by organizing open data events for potential users.
