Born in June 1956 in Berlin/Germany I joined the Berlin Police (CID) in 1976, after completing collage and a voluntary year in Israel.
For eight years I worked as a management and diversity trainer in the Police College and the Academy of Economics and Law. Followed by 7 years, where I was responsible for Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) for the whole of the Berlin Police.
I am trained as a CPTED Specialist and own different Trainer qualifications, for example Human Rights, Betzavta/Diversity, Soft skills, etc.
Since 1990 I became an external trainer for the Council of Europe, the Government of Germany, the City of Berlin and the industry.
I worked as an expert for the International Police Association, EUROCITY, ICA (International CPTED Association) and Metropolis. As such I have taken part in several EU projects, for instance “Police and Human Rights “, “Police and Diversity”, “Safer City” and “Barrier free City for All“.
