Ken Sinclair-Smith is a Section Head in the Water Demand Management and Strategy Branch at the City of Cape Town where his work focuses on information management and analysis, GIS systems, water modelling and water and sanitation policy. He has over 20 years’ local government experience in water services and urban planning. His interests include water demand management and urban development.
