Master in Public Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Bachelor Degree in Political Science. Teaching background in public policy evaluation, project development, management and administration, and research methodology. Experience with Argentine local governments, especially in the implementation of social and employment policies. Experience in evaluating public policies especially dedicated to social economy, education and health. Former consultant for the Institute of Regional Public Policies and Government (IPREG), University of Cartagena, Colombia within the framework of technical assistance for the design and implementation of policies for economic development, social and environmental sustainability of the Cartagena district with a participatory approach. Former Project Coordinator and former Coordinator of Knowledge Management of the Federal Institute of Government. Former Technical Specialist in the Development Promotion Unit of the Agency for Economic Development of the City of Córdoba (ADEC). She is a member of voluntary organizations of professional evaluators (VOPEs).
