Carlos has worked for the public sector, NGO's and the private sector developing projects, assessing programs and plans, designing sets of indicators, and building strategies, all these related to issues of urban sustainability, resilience, and environmental protection. 

 

Currently, he works at the Resilience Agency of Mexico city as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation.
