Arunava is an architect with 13+ years of experience in master planning and large scale architecture projects. He has worked on prestigious Greenfield townships, urban regeneration projects, TOD hubs, retail destinations and institutional campuses in India, UK and the GCC region. Arunava offers a multidisciplinary approach in his projects assisted by his domain knowledge of architecture, master planning and Green buildings. He is Specialist in sustainable design, specifications and environmental regulations. Arunava’s major projects include MBRAC, Dubai a 40 sqkm urban extension in Dubai and IIT, Mandi a 180 Ha educational campus in the foothills of the Himalayas. Arunava is a GRIHA Evaluator certified by the Ministry of Non-Renewable Energy, India. Apart from the professional work, Arunava is actively involved in teaching through JMI, New Delhi as a course tutor for the M.Arch- Urban Regeneration Programme. Arunava regularly contributes to research through his association with professional organizations like the International Society of City and Regional Planners, Hague , American Planning Association- Chicago , Architectural Association-London and Institute of Urban Designers –India. He was a recipient of the UNESCO-ISOCaRP Young Planner, 2005 award and is a commonwealth scholar. Arunava is a registered Architect in India and holds post graduate qualifications from SPA, New Delhi and AA, London.
