Antonios Karvounis, Ph.D., PMP® is working at the Hellenic Ministry of Interior & Administrative Reconstruction and is competent for the international partnerships and European programmes of local authorities. Since 2006, he has been national contact point of the Europe for Citizens Programme. He is teaching Regional Policy and Local Government at the post-graduate programme National and Union Administration of the Panteion University (Athens) as well as How to Prepare and Submit Proposals for European Programmes at the National Centre of Public Administration and Self-Government. He has written several books and articles on public administration and local government’s international affairs and European Programmes.
