DeCID practical handbook on participatory design of social infrastructure

On the 2nd of December the University College London's Development Planning Unit, UN-Habitat and UNICEF together with CatalyticAction we'll be discussing the new handbook DeCID, a project highlighting the importance of co-designing with children affected by displacement.

The DeCID project developed a new approach for the participatory design of social infrastructure for children in urban areas affected by displacement. In partnership with humanitarian actors, local communities, municipalities and academics, the DeCID team developed a practical handbook to support those involved in the co-design of such infrastructure.

The handbook is available to download in EnglishSpanish and Arabic and can be viewed as part of a new interactive website.

You can register for the event here.
