Each year JLGC and CLAIR London invite senior executives working in local government and public sector organisations in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Northern Europe to Japan for a week-long tour and series of seminars and workshops. The theme for 2022 is Japanese Municipalities: net zero in local government projects. Participants will be given a general overview of local government in Japan and the opportunity to view a wide spectrum of best practice projects and strategies for renewable energy, waste management and environment protections.
