Cities for Global health

The Cities for Global Health platform provides access to initiatives being implemented in cities across the globe to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

Metropolis and the Euro-Latin-American Alliance of Cooperation among Cities (AL-LAs) have launched the new platform Cities for Global Health as an immediate response to the global crisis generated by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Representatives from local and regional governements are invited to share :

  • Initiatives (e.g. plans, strategies, policies) designed specifically as a reaction to the COVID-19 outbreak
  • Initiatives designed to face other health emergencies such as sanitary crisis or epidemics

The objective of the platform is to foster collective responses and facilitate the access of decision-makers to first-hand experiences from urban areas accross the globe.

To share your initiative, you have to register online and fill in the form available on the website.
