Food systems for better Livelihoods

Thursday, 17 March 2022
16.00 CET – virtual event

During the first month of the COVID-19 pandemic in March-April 2020, food systems in cities and metropolises around the world were simultaneously placed under extreme pressure with empty shelves in supermarkets and supply chain difficulty. This event encourages participants to look at existing food systems in our cities and rethink how they can be adapted to make them more resilient, inclusive and sustainable and how governments are actively intervening in the food market.
