Laura Moreno is a PhD in Public Space and Urban Regeneration at University of Barcelona. She also studied a Master Degree in Political Science and International Relations, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She won a scholarship for developing her research project about human rights and international cooperation system at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She has advanced knowledge in Human Rights, Humanitarian Interventions, Political Science, International Relations, post-disaster reconstruction, urban rehabilitation, urban anthropology and qualitative research. High field work research experience in humanitarian emergencies related with natural disasters and armed conflict. Her last relevant experience was related with Port-au-Prince reconstruction process after the earthquake.
