Léonard is in charge of coordinating the Long-Term Joint European Union – African Union Research and Innovation Partnership on Renewable Energy (LEAP-RE) and developing sustainable innovation projects at LGI Consulting.

Before joining LGI, Léonard worked for the French Agency for sustainable Mediterranean cities and territories (AVITEM) on projects related to energy efficiency and air quality management, and for an international network (ANIMA Investment Network) which aimed at fostering investment and business ecosystems in Northern Africa and Middle East.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policies from Sciences-Po Grenoble and is a university lecturer at Sciences-Po Aix. Léonard is based in Marseille.
