Juan has a Bachelor in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from IE Business School, and a MA in Political Communication from Universidad de Salamanca. With more than ten years of experience in the political, environmental and business areas and a strong training in implementation, he was the creator of Escuelas Verdes. The latter was a Ministry of Education’s program which received US$ 500,000 from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.

At the moment, he is President of the Environmental Protection Agency of Buenos Aires City Government. There, he leads a conceptual makeover focused on social impact. Namely, he is working in waste management and in the sustainable urbanization of vulnerable neighborhoods.
