Esteban Benavides is International Affairs Advisor at the City of Montréal. He is also Coordinator of the International Observatory of Mayors on Living Together, a platform including more than 50 cities around the world.

He holds more than 12 years experience on partnership development, knowledge management and public policy at the city and international level. At the City of Montréal, he leads a series of initiatives related to social cohesion, inclusion and safety in cities. 

He holds a Master’s degree on Urban management/Sociology of the University of Strasburg (France), as well as a Master on Business Administration (MBA) from HEC-Montréal.
