Degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Viçosa (2001) and a Master's degree in Entomology from the Federal University of Viçosa (2003). PhD graduated from the postgraduate course in Entomology of the Federal University of Viçosa. He acts as an Engineer of the City Hall of Belo Horizonte - Municipal Department of Environment. He has experience in the area of Biological Pest Control and Public Policies for Family Agriculture working mainly on the following topics: Ecological Pest Management and Food and Nutritional Security and Urban Agroflorestation Management.
