Christopher Swope is managing editor of Citiscope, an online magazine covering innovation in cities across the globe.
Chris manages Citiscope’s day-to-day editorial operation, selecting stories of urban innovation and working with writers around the world to tell them. Chris joined Citiscope from NPR, where he was editorial coordinator of StateImpact, a project aimed at strengthening coverage of U. S. state government by NPR member stations. Previously, Chris was editor of the daily news service Stateline.org and managing editor at Governing magazine.
