●  Extensive experience in local government policy analysis

●  Extensive experience in local government municipal and city management

●  Extensive experience in creating sustainable and resilient municipal programs

●  A wide understanding of legislation in local government both locally, regionally and internationally 

●  Extensive experience in project management and project life cycle 

●  Extensive experience in event management and planning across a wide variety of departments. 

●  Active and well connected in local and international networks like the ICMA,100 RC/GRCN, MC2CM and Intercultural Cities network. 

●  Extensive experience in institutional building and development through policy and procedural writing and implementation. 

●  A wide skill set that includes leadership skills, and local coordination across the public and private sector in Palestine and in the region. 

●  High knowledgeable in the Local Economic Development (LED)  

●  Highly skilled in implementing resilient city concepts

●  Experience in localizing the UN SDGs 

●  Extensive experience in public service delivery and in developing the municipal services in excellent quality.
