A new partnership has been formed between urban sustainability exchange (use) and Apolitical, a global network designed to assist governments and public servants in meeting complex challenges facing cities and their communities.

The primary objectives of this collaboration are the exchange of good practice ideas and to foster their dissemination through both networks. For example, a project first published by Apolitical in the field of women entrepreneurship called GUIDE is now presented on use as a case study.  Simultaneously, the Bogotá Milenio bus rapid transit system case study has been published as an article, Bogota slashed pollution and road deaths with one simple tool: a bus, on the Apolitical website.

In future, more projects  of common interest will be shared between use and Apolitical to raise awareness of the role local governments play in solving global challenges.
